I have been at my job almost a year and have been trying to cope with my female boss. She is a holy terror to everyone in the company. Most of my time is spent learning how to navigate her moods, and keep clear of danger. I am a male. The office workers prefer to deal with me, but it puts me in the middle, and I would rather keep out of the line of fire and only get involved where I have to. She knows they feel this way - and thinks it is a form of power. She is actually one of the BEST managers for knowledge and competency that I''ve ever worked for.
